The back story

Due to changes in Wisconsin state law, MTI needed to quickly and securely transform their payment processing system to allow members to pay union fees directly to MTI. In addition, they wanted to transform their outdated website to provide an enhanced user experience to its member audience. They also wanted to make signup, member information updates and payments easy for members to handle independently online.

An efficient payment processing system for members.

We first assisted MTI in the transformation of their dues payment processing system into a complete membership management solution that would allow MTI and their members to efficiently manage all workflows of membership management activities online.

We are currently in the process of a website redesign project to create a cutting-edge web experience for MTI and their members.
