The back story

Klein-Dickert was looking to revamp their internal job costing software to simplify processes and ensure order timeliness. After partnering with several vendors but having limited success, Klein-Dickert was introduced to our user experience experts in hopes of creating a streamlined system. Our team visited the Klein-Dickert offices and shadowed employees to understand their processes and what they needed from a new platform. With a better understanding of operational processes, our team created a customized software that made employees lives easier with a new, more efficient digital process.
