To earn a Microsoft gold competency, partners have to successfully complete exams (resulting in Microsoft Certified Professionals) to prove their level of technology expertise, and then designate certified professionals to one Microsoft competency, ensuring a certain level of staffing capacity. In addition, our teams submitted customer references that demonstrated successful projects, performance commitments were met, and we passed technology and/or sales assessments.
